Fairly clean hotel, I appreciated staff and rooms. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe.

surprisingly quiet location, tremendously helpful staff, extra large beds, freshly prepared breakfast, good value. hall had a bar. location close to town centre, bristol hippodrome, harbourside.

Spotless and TASTEFUL place with hospitable staff. The room was freshly decorated and safety measures included smoke detectors.

Loved how budget the property was. Our room with lots of space was non-smoking. The staff were apologetic and the service itself was efficient.

Superior and very clean place, helpful staff. We got the SUPERIOR king room and it was good sized. Enjoyed to hang out in the centre, it's not too far away from the hotel.

The bed was nice and the location was convenient. They have on-site restaurant called Urban Bar & Kitchen.

The Arc Cafe is a short walk to the hotel. We spent just 5 minutes to walk to st mary redcliffe church. We had an enjoyable stay here that met all required needs. Good choice of places to visit, such as restaurants and bars in front of the venue...
